Following the direction of BULBOUS, Plop is a portable speaker inspired by its beautiful streamline body.
PLOP is a portable Bluetooth speaker. The form of the speaker is inspired by the organic and bobulous shapes of paint blobs and bubbles.
The pinched edge of the speaker translates to a visual cue to the user on how to hold and pick up the speaker.
PLOP is a perfect traveling companion for those who like to listen to music anywhere they want.

The portable speaker has a power button at the back of the speaker.
When the power button is pressed, the touch-sensitive volume control will be lit up for the user to see.
The controls include : Volume up, Volume down, Play/Pause button

The final model was sculpted/carve using foam. Then it was coated over with thin layers of emulsion, putty, and primer to ensure smoothness and coverage for spray painting
This project taught me to pay close attention to every finest detail. Through this, I was able to improve my craftsmanship, learning to be patient to minimize any errors.
